At Orchard Fields Community School, inclusion is at the heart of everything we do and we aim to ensure every child feels valued, understood and supported. Each child is unique, with their own strengths, interests and needs, and we are committed to helping all children persevere, achieve and be aspirational.

Some children may require additional support at different points in their school journey. Through high-quality inclusive teaching, early identification and appropriate support, we aim to remove barriers to learning and enable every child to participate fully in school life. We work closely with children and their parents and carers to understand individual needs and review the support we provide.

If you have concerns about your child’s learning, development or wellbeing, we encourage you to contact the school office, who can arrange a convenient time for you and your child’s class teacher to talk. Where appropriate, the class teacher will work alongside the SENDCo (Miss Southam) and other professionals to consider what further support may be helpful.
